	Criminal Law Our firm represents clients (adults and juveniles) who are charged with criminal conduct, including misdemeanors and felonies in both State and Federal Courts. We represent clients at Arraignments, Preliminary Examinations, Pre-Trial Conferences, Jury Trials, Bench Trials, Sentencing Hearings and Probation Violations. We also represent clients for investigative purposes before they have been charged with a crime, attending polygraph examinations and negotiating with law enforcement agencies and prosecutors' offices.
